Yeah I was aware that Delonge doesn't have a polished offensive game but I thought maybe giving him more touches in offense would be beneficial in the long run. JV really excels when the Raptors give him more touches in offense. I guess I'm trying to make him a Tiger But yeah, noted.
JV has some moves though, Delonge is more of a "oh hey no one is in between me and the basket I'll just put the ball in there" kind of guy.
Most Europeans will have some form of footwork before coming to the NBA. American bigs are just big people who can dunk

Feeling decent ahead of the Mo's game. They play a fast paced game but don't play much defence. So even if Boland drops 30 on us, we can still win. He will probably miss more than half his shots so a good showing on the boards from Ritchie in particularly might really be the difference. Boland vs Cribb Boland will end the game with more points but Cribb has every chance to deliver a much more efficient performance. Remember Boland plays very little D and Cribb is a pesky defender which might force some turnovers. Perry vs Evans Perry has been experiencing a bit of a slump lately and Evans has been in decent form. If Evans has a good shooting night, this could spell trouble for the Mo's. Perry isn't exactly known for his defence. Deen vs Lukic/Torres Yep, we have the advantage here. Lukic will likely start due to Torres' form. Deen however has been playing amazing lately. If he can deliver another superb performance like last week then that could be the difference. Oz vs Ritchie I'd back Ritchie to get the better of Oz on the boards here. Hopefully Ritchie doesn't throw up bricks like last game and just focuses on his work on the defensive glass because that's going to be crucial with Boland jacking up so many shots. Weaver vs Delonge Probably the biggest mismatch. Weaver obviously a proven BBallSim legend and Delonge was just a rookie last season and is still finding his feet. With some help from Ritchie, hopefully he can keep Weaver quiet as that's going to be absolutely crucial.
This may come across more arrogant than intended, but am I genuinely our best player by some margin these days? I was under the impression at the start of last season that Evans and I were pretty similar, at least in terms of output and that Cribb is a pretty damn good player? Obviously last season we had Tiger stealing the headlines as well as the boards but have I actually gone anyway to filling that gap? Obviously I've had some handy showings thus far this season but I think I get talked up pre-match more than I should. Everything I can decipher makes me out to be a good player but that's about it. I'm an inefficient shooter but make up for it with my handling skills. There's nowt special to my game that I can tell but I always seem to be the key man
