    Wow great call, haven't seen that used before.

    Melbourne have been sub-par, but Smith has still been playing nearly at his best. If you don't believe me, you're either a cretin, a Daily Telegraph reader, or a person who doesn't watch any rugby league.

    Or all three.

    He hasn't been close to his best this year.

    I wouldn't put him in the top 20 performers.

    When he hits his straps, then I'd put him in the top 5 easy but not yet.

    I think he's been slightly below his usual best, still very good though. The ones on my list are kinda the guys who surprised me a bit, or have just been above and beyond.


    To be fair also I haven't seen much of the Cowboys or the Knights this season.

    Well, what about the most under-rated players.

    I reckon a lot of the Knights players are. McManus and our forward pack.
