Season 4 Discussion Thread

Yeah - one of you being out can be covered, but Benny being out too is a massive blow for you. Still, Lewis is back this week, so that gives you one more front rower to use.

 

Still waiting on FIVE line ups. Could have simmed a game tonight. Couldn't due to no completed match line ups.

 

I've just been looking at this season's player form versus last season, and there've been some noticeable improvements from certain players over last season - thekillers, Ged, Snake, notsure and Escath have really stepped up a notch this season. But, despite the redesign in the engine, all the guys who went really well last season are still right at the top this season. It's kind of reassuring that whilst there can be movement in player performance season-on-season, and some shunts can improve (Ged and notsure in particular) and best players will remain the best players.

 

I don't think I've been particularly good in this. I'm not sure how to judge the ratings I get at the end of the match but I think it's been good rather than great so far.

 

Himann's been okay.

You've been crap for a couple of reasons.

1. Low post count. Any other club, and you'd be in reserves where you'd be going fine.
2. In a relatively poor back line. Distribution is going to be worse if you're part of a weaker back line. Wingers don't do much fetch and carry themselves.

 

I was checking out the form earlier and the 3 individuals in the best form are Escath, Dorn and yourself. You've been tearing up in reserves.

 

Hard to tell. Obviously, you'd rather be playing at full back and you're not going to be overhauling Blunder in the starting line up. I don't think you'd be first choice full back anywhere other than the Gamblers and Crabs.
