Why wouldn't they have picked the best 22? Victoria didn't have many good ruckman back then plus Hille was injured. Even Simmonds got a game.

Zorko on his '12 performance but it's not a big enough sample, Grundy, Crameri, LeCras and Bennell were also good picks but the top two for the round go to Brad Ebert, who's 2012 was worthy of a much better selection & his 2013 has been awesome so far too and Dustin Martin, who gets the best. Martin's potential is incredible plus his performance so far has been of the standard. A very good selection. Worst: Two picks here come to the fore, both picked out of bias more than anything. Second worst is Atley who had an average 2012, like, very average if we compare him to everyone else and forget his age, and while I'm probably missing something, I didn't see anything to indicate ripper potential. He's hardly the 105th most valubale player in the comp. I'd have expected him to go in the 15-17th round or later. Worst is definitely Paine though. Worst pick in the draft, nothing could beat this. Offensive pick. Absolutely offensive. H.M. to Ballantyne who wasn't awful but went when there were better smalls left.

Definitely picked a dud Heef. Jackson Paine was the worst pick of the draft - by a country mile. Dont ask me what i was thinking.
