Mate nothing he did is above average, the birthday party didn't even have a big following in their target audience and since then it's been one bland over sung album/group after another. Grinderman are terrible and him and the bad seeds aren't much better.
The Bad Seeds are probably the best Australian band since Crowded House disbanded IMO. Nick Cave is tremendous.
Pretty impressed by the new Bluejuice album, I could take them or leave them after their second album but finding that I enjoy a couple of the songs on their newy.
