Apple touchscreen is actually good though, I wouldn't buy a non apple tablet merely because of the inferior touch screen
Why not just a laptop or just a tablet? If you want a tablet combined with a laptop, might as well just get a laptop. Plus the review says that it's rather expensive.
I wouldn't buy one either. I was mucking around more than anything with the whole laptop V tablet debate.
I don't know what 1k gets you in terms of computers, but acer is a pretty reliable if unspectacular make for bottom-of-the-range computers.
You shouldn't have read Jono's posts on it then. Heard the Nexus 7 is a pretty decent tablet found it kind of funny when the Apple CEO tried to say £100 wasn't enough of a price difference between the i-Pad mini to justify buying the 7 over it.
Haha you're not aware so I'll let you in on the joke - the forumer who I said that to actually vomited on my laptop, and it died.
What about those small netbooks where you can remove the screen to make them into tablets? they any good?
I don't think so, they're quite expensive and have pretty bad specs. So you have either an expensive tablet or a shitty laptop
Just got the new iPad but my girlfriend is being a hussey and saying I can't use it until Christmas. How much are keyboards for it? Is it worth buying a keyboard and using it like a lappy?
